The preliminary conference program (as of 17 July 2023) is available online at
https://easychair.org/smart-program/ICLC-10/.
Please note that there might be some last-minute changes.
During the poster session you will have the opportunity to visit the info booth German Language Forum. This can be found in the Katakomben (next to the poster session).
A regular talk should be 20 minutes long, followed by a 10-minute discussion. Plenary talks will be 45 minutes plus 15 minutes for discussion. There will be 5 parallel tracts and it will be possible to switch between the sessions. However, we have not scheduled additional time for session-internal switches. Please take care not to exceed the time scheduled for your presentation and its discussion and to adhere to the order of presentations listed in the conference program. The session chairs will be provided with signs indicating the time remaining for your presentation.
The rooms are equipped with a beamer and a computer (Windows). Alternatively, you can also use your own laptop. If you need to use special adapters, please bring one yourself or bring the presentation as a pdf file on a USB-stick. Please contact us if you need additional (audio-visual) technical equipment.
Presenters who wish to distribute handouts are asked to bring their own copies (some 40 per session).
We will provide poster boards for posters of size A0 (portrait). Posters should be designed to fit within the maximum display space. Paper or textile posters will work best together with the poster boards, as these are easiest to affix with push pins; pins will be provided to help fasten your poster to the board. Please contact us if you need further (technical) equipment.
You can start mounting your posters on the poster boards in the Katakomben during the lunch break (12 noon or later) on the same day.
