Revised Abstracts

To be included in the ICLC-10 Book of Abstracts, you must submit a revised and de-anonymised final version of your accepted abstract. To do this, please use the latest style template for Microsoft Word or LibreOffice from the ICLC-10 template release page on GitHub and overwrite the instructions / demonstration content of it with your accepted original abstract content and update and revise it according to your needs and the reviewers' comments.

The original strict page limit has been removed, but your revised abstract does not have to be extended and should not exceed 6,000 characters (including spaces, examples, references, tables and figures). See the templates for further instructions and information.

Citations and References using Zotero

Regarding the formatting of citations and references, you can optionally use our ICLC-10 Zotero template, which automizes all formatting issues. If you have never used Zotero before, you can install it following the instructions on the Zotero homepage. Then download the latest ICLC-10 Zotero template from its release page on GitHub and open the the downloaded ICLC-10.csl file to install it under Zotero. Afterwards Zotero will offer you a citation style ICLC-10 2023 (Mannheim).

Submission

The revised abstracts must be submitted as doc(x)/odt source and PDF, as usual, via the EasyChair system through the following submission web page

Submission Procedure:

1. Login at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iclc10
2. Enter your EasyChair username and password and log in.
3. Click on "add or update files in the top right corner
4. Upload your abstract source (doc(x)/odt).
5. Upload your abstract as pdf (only to clarify questions of formatting).
6. After submitting your revised abstract successfully, you will receive an e-mail from EasyChair that you have successfully submitted your abstract.

Deadline

The deadline for the submission of revised abstracts is 08 May 2023

Note: Post-Conference Publication

Following the conference, all participants will have the opportunity to submit their contributions for a peer-reviewed publication. We plan to offer different publication options and will make an additional call after the conference.
