Registration

The registration for ICLC-10 is open until 30 June 2023 (HST). You can register to the conference by filling out the online registration form.

The conference fees are:

• Early-bird regular: € 180
• Early-bird reduced: € 100
• Late regular: € 230
• Late reduced: € 150

Early-bird registration will expire after 31 May 2023.

Doctoral students are eligible for a reduced conference fee on submission of written confirmation of their status from their institutions.

The conference fee covers:

• participation in the conference
• conference materials
• refreshments during coffee breaks
• welcome reception

At participants' own expense are: warm-up, lunches, conference dinner and a city walk if desired. The conference dinner has limited availability and places will be given away to those who register first. More details are provided in the online registration form. Pleases note that the fee does not cover accommodation. For some accommodation suggestions please consult the PRACTICAL INFO.

The registration is valid after payment of the full conference fee to the bank account provided in the invoice you will receive via e-mail after sending the registration form and confirming your email address. Addressee of the invoice will be the Leibniz Institute for the German Language · R5 6-13 · 68181 Mannheim · Germany (VAT ID: DE143845359).

Special Invoice Requirements

Please let us know if you have any special requirements for your invoice (e.g. that it be addressed to your organisation, include your organisation's VAT ID, a purchase order reference, etc.). In most cases, the easiest way is to register normally and ignore the automatically generated invoice. We will then issue a revised invoice according to your requirements.
